My Block Manager has inbuilt tools to help residents with accessibility issues, allowing them to increase their engagement. As well as the multilingual capabilities, residents can also increase the font sizes for improved readability and select a high contrast mode for further convenience.

My Block Manager acknowledges that not every resident will have access to mobile devices with QR scanning capability and that some will not be comfortable using websites or current technology. The admin area has a simple one-touch operation to produce all the statutory information for any property so this can be printed in hard copy or forwarded as a PDF for remote printing, resizing and local delivery in the preferred format.
