Noticeboard

The residents' Noticeboard can be accessed via a direct link from the landing page.

The property manager can post notices to the board for any individual property or for all the properties they manage at any time.

Residents who have registered to receive notifications will be directly alerted when a new notice is posted for their property, making sure they are aware without having to go and check.

Notices are shown in descending chronological order and can be set to be archived after a predetermined period of time. Access to the archive will be available at the end of the list of notices.

Noticeboard can be used to let residents know about all kinds of things, including:

• Updates on projects or changes in contractor arrangements
• Opening times over holiday periods
• Planned meetings
• Reminders about safety visits
